With the new Call Activity Codes, you will be able to enter the results of the Call by using Result Codes. You may enter as many Result Codes as needed and they will be available only on Activity Codes of the same class. In the near future, these Result Codes will available for use in Activity or Call Reports
From the Call Activity Entry Screen,
click the 
button to display the Result Code Table Screen.
A few standard codes will be listed in the screen. Click the 
button to add a New Result Code.
Enter the Result Code and Description and click the 
button to add the code to the list of available Result Codes for use with the Call Activity Code.
